SupremeCamera.com will accept returns within 7 days of delivery. SupremeCamera.com reserves the right to charge a 15% restocking fee on returned items. Shipping charges are non refundable. Any returns without a Return Authorization number will be refused.
All Packages with any discounted items must be returned intact with entire package, and are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee. Please understand these orders are often sold as a kit/package and we cannot resell those items separately. We will therefore not accept partial order returns, regardless of the reason for return, unless specifically authorized by SupremeCamera.com in writing.
For a Return Authorization number on returns call Customer Service at 1-888-869-1626. All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RA# does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
Extended Warranty Disclaimer All sales on extended warranties are final. They are not returnable, and none refundable.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation numbers must be obtained by phone from a SupremeCamera.com assistant in the form of two (2) letters and four (4) digits to officially cancel an order. Depending on the status of the order, we may, at our discretion, reject a cancellation request since technically we may be unable to disrupt the automated order and delivery process. Thus without a proper cancellation number, any other conformations you may obtain by error are considered void and you are subject to shipping and restocking fees.
I Received The Wrong/ Damaged Item
Should you accidentally receive an item defective upon delivery or an item you may find not exactly as originally described, please contact our customer service department immediately so we can promptly replace the item and arrange a return. Please be aware that it is a time sensitive issue, as due to the nature of our business we can usually only request refunds or exchanges from the manufacturers/vendors immediately after you receive the merchandise. Should you prefer to receive a refund, you will have to return all other items sold along with the same order, with the same conditions set forth above for standard returns. Should you fail to notify us of the issue within 72 hours, we will deem the order sold and accepted as is. Any claim subsequent to the 72 hours, will be treated as a simple buyer's remorse situation with all its' customary conditions, as you elected to accept the merchandise as is. Shipping fees are calculated based on multiple different criteria's’ such as weight, size, insurance, destination, price and shipping method. To calculate your shipping fees, please add your items into your shopping cart, select your shipping method, proceed to checkout and you will be given your shipping fee prior to your order being placed. On orders with more than one main item, you may be subject to additional shipping charges which you would be notified of prior to us billing your credit card. Due to price fluctuation on electronics Supremecamera.com can not always offer price protection on already shipped products.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii And Puerto Rico please select two day air or overnight delivery, as these orders cannot be shipped via ground delivery. For orders shipping to P.O. boxes and APO’S please select the U.S.P.S. standard or priority as these orders cannot be shipped via FedEx or UPS. If you do not select an appropriate shipping method, your order will be adjusted accordingly to the proper shipping method and rate. Oversized products such as printers, scanners, Receivers, Home Theaters, TV’s and VCR’s may be subject to additional shipping fee’s.

SupremeCamera.com is not responsible for any delays that may be caused by affiliated shipping carriers. SupremeCamera.com bears no responsibility for delays as a result of: Weather storms, Employee Strikes or any other complications Caused on behalf of our affiliated shipping carriers. Please note that the selected shipping method is only guaranteed from the date of shipment.
The Free Shipping Promotion only applies to UPS Ground delivery which excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Post Office boxes as well as APO and FPO boxes. “Oversize and or overweight items, i.e.{ Televisions, receivers, furniture and printers} are excluded from the free shipping promotion. All oversized or special order items which ship directly through the manufacturer or thier distributor are also excluded and subject to shipping charges.
Shipping charges do not include handling and insurance charges which may be additional. If you placed an order online choosing the free shipping option on an item which do not qualify, you will be contacted by our support department informing you of any additional charges.
